5780 was a year unlike any other for our community. After welcoming more people to our regular services than we have seen for a decade, we have sadly been unable to gather in person since Purim.
The board has struggled to decide how we should proceed with services this year and we have considered many possibilities. Ultimately we have decided that the most responsible decision is to hold services online (unless otherwise indicated below).
Services will be held using an online meeting platform, led by our wonderful B’aal Tefilah, Josh Israeli. A link for the services will automatically be sent to all synagogue members. If you are not a member and would like to attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. We will do our best to accommodate everyone; a digital file of the machzor will be made available for you to use at home.
If you have any questions or you would like to participate by blowing shofar, providing a d’var Torah, a repetition of Kol Nidre, or a Haftarah reading, let us know. We look forward to seeing everyone online and outside – remember, a minyan is a minimum!
